1.This website ("Site") is owned by Periwinkle Int. school Supplies and its related entities, affiliates and subsidiaries (individually and collectively, "Periwinkle"). This Privacy Policy “Policy” applies to information supplied by you on this Site.
2.By accessing this Site or supplying the information requested by this Site or when registering on this Site or when using our services to purchase our products using this Site, you agree to all the terms of this Policy. If you do not agree to all the terms of this Policy, please discontinue your access and do not supply any information via this Site. We will be happy to serve you by telephone, email or in person.

Data containing the information you provide will be transmitted to and hosted in data centres in United Arab Emirates or outside United Arab Emirates by our third party service providers, and processed and managed by such third party service providers. Our third party service providers will be granted access to data only to the extent necessary to provide services to Periwinkle, and for no other purpose. Our service providers are bound by confidentiality obligations to keep all data confidential.
6.2.2 The information which you provide on this Site may be transferred within the Periwinkle Group of Companies which may include transfer to other entities in the Group in United Arab Emirates, India or other jurisdictions.
6.2.3 Credit/debit card details and personally identifiable information will not be stored, sold, shared or rented to any third parties
6.2.4 The information provided by you at this Site may also be disclosed by Periwinkle to, and processed by:
a. Any relevant tax authority or governmental, regulatory or other bodies as required by law, regulation, codes or guidelines and/or pursuant to any order of a court of competent jurisdiction or pursuant to a formal request by such entities, for example, for the prevention of fraud, and the information may be transmitted by any usual means including the internet

6.2.5 The above mentioned service providers and consultants have been chosen because of their experience and ability in processing and protecting personal data and they have warranted compliance with the relevant personal data protection laws.

Where you have provided more than one form of contact detail, the most appropriate method of communication will be used depending on the urgency of the information. In providing these information you also permit our telephone calls to be recorded or monitored in order to offer additional security, resolve complaints and for training, administrative and quality assurance purposes. However, if you indicate with your submission of information that you do not wish to receive any promotional material from Periwinkle, we will not send any promotional material to you.
6.46.4.1 By providing us with information or your personal data, you acknowledge, agree and consent that your personal data may be disclosed to third party entities that provide services on behalf or to Periwinkle for the commercial purposes herein (for example when you purchase a book online from us) but in any case according to all applicable laws and regulations. You also acknowledge, agree and consent that your personal data may be used by Periwinkle Group of Companies for their own marketing purposes but in any case, according to all applicable laws and regulations.

By accessing this Site and providing information requested, you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the U.A.E. courts.
